Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of high-quality patient care through efficient chairside assistance, infection control, and accurate medical documentation. The Dental Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities Assist dentist during various procedures. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and sterilization procedures. Take X-rays. Operate dental imaging equipment including 3D scanners. Provide chairside assistance. Educate patients on oral health care procedures and post-treatment instructions using appropriate dental terminology. Maintain infection control standards through proper sterilization of instruments and adherence to safety protocols. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical coding, and updating medical records as needed. Office hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5.
