Our growing team is expanding following the addition of a new associate dentist. We’re excited to welcome an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Dental Assistant who thrives in a small, talented team setting. You’ll play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, enhancing patient experiences, and helping us continue to elevate the standard of care our community trusts. Key Responsibilities: Chair-side assisting for a wide range of general and restorative procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories Taking digital radiographs and intraoral scans Assisting with same-day crown procedures and digital workflows Managing patient flow and ensuring comfort throughout visits Maintaining accurate clinical notes and charting Supporting infection control and OSHA compliance protocols Qualifications: Prior Dental Assisting experience preferred Proficiency with digital X-rays and charting software Experience with CAD/CAM or milling workflows preferred (training available) Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care excellence Technology & Growth Opportunities: We’re proud to invest in the future of dentistry and our team’s development.
