Dental Assistant â Full Time $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Pay: $19.53 â $23.85 per hour Why Join Us Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires Stable, full-time schedule Supportive team environment Growth and skill development opportunities Make a meaningful impact in patient care What Youâll Do Assist Dentist chairside during exams and procedures Take and process X-rays (certification required) Perform coronal polishing and limited hygiene services (child prophys, fluoride) Take impressions, pour models, fabricate temporary crowns, assist with dentures/labs Clean, sterilize, and maintain operatories and equipment Chart accurately in EMR and maintain dental records Schedule appointments and support daily clinic flow Manage supplies and lab shipments Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and BLS compliance What Weâre Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Dental Assistant experience X-ray certification Strong communication and computer skills Preferred: Denture/lab experience Experience managing multiple operatories Bilingual Spanish/English Health & Safety Requirements Employment in a medical facility requires proof of: TDAP (current booster) MMR series Varicella Hepatitis B series Annual Flu vaccine TB screening
