Experienced Dental Assistant – 5+ Years Required
Our established and patient-focused dental practice is seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with both patients and team members, and takes initiative without constant direction.
Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures (restorative, crown & bridge, surgical, etc.)
- Taking digital radiographs and impressions
- Sterilization and infection control compliance
- Setting up and breaking down operatories
- Assisting with patient education and post-op instructions
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience (required)
- X-ray certification (required)
- Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Experience with digital charting systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
