Patient/Hygiene Coordinator – High-End Beverly Hills Dental Practice

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator to join our high-end, fee-for-service dental practice in Beverly Hills. This position is entry-level and would be similar to a hygiene coordinator/receptionist.

This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative, high-touch environment.

You will work closely with our entire team, including two doctors, and play a key role in delivering an elevated patient experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A true team player with a professional, polished demeanor
• Knowledge of restorative dentistry and ADA codes is a plus.
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate

Position Details:

• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
