Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced tools such as digital X-rays and medical imaging equipment Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all medical records are up-to-date Deliver patient-centered care by explaining treatment options clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout procedures Practice infection control protocols diligently, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures to uphold the highest standards of safety Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient experience Qualifications Valid dental license with current licensure to practice dentistry in the state or region Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance Familiarity with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desirable Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other complex procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference!
