MK Periodontics of Florham Park is a small business in Florham Park, NJ. Our goal is to find a hygienist to join our team on Thursdays! We are a friendly, state of the art periodontal practice with a warm and compassionate atmosphere looking for a team player who is kind, energetic and supportive of our patient’s needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of dental hygiene and preventive care, as well as excellent communication and patient care skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including patient education, oral health assessments, and preventive treatments. Additionally, the Dental Hygienist will be expected to maintain accurate records of patient care and adhere to all safety protocols. Responsibilities: Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments. Assess patient's oral health and provide preventive care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. Take dental radiographs (x-rays). Maintain patient records and charting. Keep abreast of the latest technologies in dentistry. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Active, NJ Dental Hygienist license required.
