About us Cultivate Kids Dentistry is a small private practice pediatic office in Knightdale, NC. Our goal is to enable caregivers and children to master and value the dental experience. We have trained DA I assistants in the past and are comfortable doing so with the right candidate. DA IIs - if you already have experience in pediatrics, you must be open to change and doing it the "Cultivate" way! Our team consists of 6 people total so we are a small and have a family atmosphere. We care about being timely, having integrity and holding ourselves to high expectations for ourselves and our team members. Must have excellent emotional intelligence, the ability to have friendly banter back and forth with the dentist and have an overflowing amount of patience for our little kiddos. There is room to grow in the practice and learn! We are currently working at a part time capacity (around 3 days a week) - so you must be available Tuesdays, Fridays and most Thursdays.
