Winston-Salem Dental Specialists is looking for an Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do Chairside assisting during root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures Set up and break down operatories with endo-specific instruments and materials Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans Assist with the dental microscope and ultrasonic units Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Provide patient comfort and education, especially for anxious patients Assist with sedation monitoring as needed Maintain patient records and coordinate with referring offices What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience required; endodontic experience strongly preferred Current NC X-ray certification or ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification Comfortable with digital radiography and CBCT imaging Calm, patient-focused demeanor — endo patients are often in pain or nervous Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate the doctor's needs Reliable, punctual, and a true team player What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Modern facility with the latest technology No nights, no weekends An equal opportunity employer.
