Position Overview We are seeking a fullâtime Dental Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, easyâgoing, and motivated â someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a small, interdependent team. This role is central to our patient experience. You will assist chair side, manage sterilization, support lab workflows, and help maintain the smooth, predictable flow our practice is known for. Schedule Fullâtime, MondayâThursday Mon/Tues: 8:30 AM â 6:00 PM Wed/Thurs: 6:30 AM â 4:00 PM No evenings, Fridays, or weekends.
