This role may begin in instrument sterilization and clinical support, with a clear pathway toward chairside assisting and surgical advancement for individuals who demonstrate reliability, coachability, and strong alignment with our core values. Responsibilities Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials Sterilize instruments in accordance with regulations Assist with implant procedure (as training progresses) Provide post-operative and oral hygiene instructions Maintain accurate patient records Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked Uphold professional standards and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented workplace Qualifications Dental Assistant certification preferred Dental experience desired but not required Prior experience in dental, healthcare, or customer service roles valued Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and professional communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting What We Offer After a 90-day probation period: 401(k) participation with matching up to 4% (if contributing 5% or greater) Group health insurance with company contribution Paid holidays (when they fall on a weekday) Paid time off accrual for non-exempt employees We are an equal opportunity employer.
