Duties Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control standards are upheld Take dental X-rays using digital imaging equipment such as 3D scanners and other medical imaging tools Manage patient records efficiently like Dentrix or Eaglesoft while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct vital signs assessments and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures Support front desk operations by performing dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and patient check-in/out processes Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and coding to ensure seamless communication across the dental team Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment Hands-on knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy and infection control protocols. Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft for managing medical records and documentation Experience in pediatric dentistry along with familiarity with pediatric-specific procedures and patient care approaches Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely and accurately while adhering to radiation safety standards Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical coding to ensure precise documentation Excellent chairside assisting skills to maximize efficiency and patient comfort Join us to make a difference in patientsâ lives through compassionate care and technical excellence!
