Job Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing dental practice. Benefits: MEDICAL INSURANCE VISION INSURANCE DENTAL INSURANCE 401K BONUS OPPORTUNITES-after 90 days (Avg $7K Annually) $500 CE ANNUALLY- after 6 months This Opportunity is for a full time position, flexible schedule 4 days a week with the office hours of MON-FRI: 8AM-6PM SAT: 7AM-3PM, and a starting hourly salary of $20-25/hourly Responsibilities Assist the dentist during clinical procedures and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments Take and process dental X-rays and intraoral images Greet patients warmly, help them feel comfortable, and address questions or concerns Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and organized Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and office protocols Support the dental team with daily clinical and operational needs Qualifications Dental Assistant certification Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, clean-cut, and conservative appearance Willingness to adhere to dress code and grooming standards Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a long-term role within a growing practice Expectations: The Dental Assistant is expected to provide efficient clinical support, deliver excellent patient care, and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
