Overview The Lead Hygienist plays a critical role in shaping team culture, driving alignment, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is for a full time opportunity, with a flexible full time schedule working 4 days a week MON-FRI: 8AM-6PM, SAT: 7AM-3PM. With a starting Salary from $50-55/hourly and $5 RAISE AFTER 90 DAYS BASED ON GOALS Benefits: MEDICAL INSURANCE VISION INSURANCE DENTAL INSURANCE 401K $1500 CE ANNUALLY Responsibilities Serve as a positive leader and role model for the hygiene and clinical team Foster a supportive, accountable, and solution-oriented team environment Lead and actively participate in weekly team meetings, helping identify issues and guide problem-solving using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to maintain alignment on patient care standards and practice goals Support patient care through clinical hygiene services, including assessments, cleanings, SRP, and patient education Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visits Promote consistency in clinical protocols, scheduling flow, and patient communication Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and supporting hygiene team members Qualifications Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to bring teams together, take initiative, and problem-solve Positive, optimistic mindset with a calm, professional presence Adaptable and flexible in response to patient and team needs Experience with EOS or structured team systems is a plus, but not required.
