Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Richardson, TX
Richardson Family Dentistry is looking for a personable, outgoing and reliable Full time or a Part time Dental Hygienist. Responsibilities Include: Providing excellent customer service to our patients A team player Sterilizing dental equipment and sanitizing all operatory surfaces Reviewing vital signs and medical histories Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Gathering all diagnostic data including radiographs, periodontal chart, existing restorations, 3-D intraoral scan Identifying and discussing conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, malocclusion, attrition, erosion and caries Removing plaque, calculus and stain from teeth Discussing the benefits of and Administering fluoride Educating patients on oral hygiene, including proper brushing, flossing technique as well as any adjunctive techniques to better improve our patients oral health. Being able to discuss post operative/post procedure instructions Completing patient notes and documentation as needed per patient We are looking for someone who is: Detail oriented Excellent communications skills Reliable Punctual A patient and friendly personality Diploma in Dental Hygiene; New grads welcome to apply Valid license to practice Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Dental License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
