This is ideal for someone passionate about children and looking to grow a career in dentistry. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and their families with a warm and friendly attitude. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits. Manage patient records and update information accurately. Assist with insurance verification and billing. Manage communications (in-person, phone, email, text) professionally Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front desk area to ensure positive patient experience Collaborate with team to support smooth and efficient office operations Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. Qualifications: A warm and welcoming personality with the ability to connect with others.
