What You’ll Do Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out What We’re Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills A positive, team-first attitude Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Join a Team That Cares At Midwest Dental in Green Bay, you’ll find a supportive team, a welcoming patient community, and a workplace where your contributions truly matter. Schedule (days/hours): Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 7a-12:30p Responsibilities: Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day Qualifications: Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $19-$22/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
