Position Details Schedule: 1–3 days per week Location: Chesterfield, VA Compensation: Guaranteed daily rate of $700–$800 during the initial onboarding period, transitioning to an adjusted percentage of collections based on production and practice metrics. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry consistent with accepted standards of care and applicable professional guidelines. Perform a wide range of procedures, including: New patient and periodic exams Diagnosis and treatment planning Scaling and root planing (SRP) Restorative dentistry Endodontic therapy Crowns and bridges Extractions Dentures and partial dentures Deliver patient-centered care with strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and attention to quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to all ADA, Virginia Board of Dentistry, OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and applicable federal and state regulations Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Active Virginia dental license in good standing Current malpractice insurance Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum 2 years of private practice experience required Clinical proficiency across multiple areas of general dentistry Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to manage a productive schedule while maintaining high-quality clinical care and patient rapport Why Join Greater Richmond Dentistry?
