Once upon a time we had a dental assistant who wanted to expand her knowledge so she cross-trained into our business assistant role. Seeing she was so gifted, one of our doctors challenged her even more and encouraged her to go to dental school. She took this advice. After finishing dental school, she took it a step further and went to residency for Endodontics. Now she has been back in our practice for 12 years now as one of our owner Endodontists!
