360 Dentistry in SW Portland/Beaverton is searching for an amazing hygienist to join our team. Are you ready to have patients that appreciate you? If yes - our office is looking for you to complete our team! 360 Dentistry is open Monday - Friday and you can pick your days and how many days you would like. Our ideal candidate would want 4 days per week but we are open to someone who only wants to work part time! Tell us how many days you are looking for. Work hours are Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 6:30 am - 3:15 pm. 360 Dentistry does not run accelerated hygiene. We are not open weekends or late hours. You are given 1 hour per patient. This position is ideal for someone who values developing the patient-hygienist relationship. We are a two doctor practice that provides restorative and cosmetic dentistry to all ages. Restorative treatment includes fillings, crowns, bridges, implant restorations and invisalign orthodontics. We are looking for a hygienist who can communicate well with patients, provide education regarding preventative care and perform periodontal and preventive treatments in a compassionate environment. One hour is given per patient. Assistants are available to help with perio charting and room turnover. Our team is like a family and we are looking for someone to join us for the long term. The practice uses Dentrix software and Dexis digital radiography. The practice is private practice, only contracted with Delta Dental at the Premier level. Job Description: Perform periodontal screening Perform prophylaxis Perform periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing, debridement) Perform fluoride treatments Take digital radiographs Educate patients in proper oral hygiene technique Educate patients regarding restorative care Certifications Required: Oregon Dental hygiene license with local anesthesia endorsement N20 certification preferred (rarely do we use it, but like to have available if patients need) Benefits: Medical insurance (must work 4 days to be eligible) Dental insurance (Care provided in office) Office Bonus Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k with generous employer match Profit Sharing Continuing education Salary is commensurate with experience, range $60-65 per hour.
