Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing. Administer patient exams and assessments. Capture X-rays and impressions. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices. Input treatment plans and maintain charts using EagleSoft software. Cultivate lasting patient relationships. Team player Qualifications: Licensed RDH required; EagleSoft experience preferred but not required; strong focus on patient-centered care essential. Compensation: Innovative structure based on percentage of production, including doctor exams, allowing you to control your earnings.
