Position Summary: Our general dental practice in Hartsville is seeking a skilled and personable Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality preventive care and patient education, ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and fluoride treatments. Conduct oral cancer screenings and take digital radiographs as needed. Assist in developing and implementing individualized oral hygiene plans. Provide patient education on oral health maintenance and preventive care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Support overall office flow by collaborating closely with the dentist and clinical team. Qualifications: Current Tennessee Dental Hygienist license (required). CPR certification (required). Prior experience in a general practice setting preferred. Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care. Schedule: Flexible schedule — 2 to 5 days per week , depending on patient workload. Office hours typically run Monday through Friday . Compensation: Competitive daily rate of $250–$300 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
