Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent dental practice focused on comprehensive, prevention-driven care and an elevated patient experience. We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who communicates well, stays organized, and contributes to a smooth, efficient clinical day. This position is also ideal for individuals early in their dental careers who are looking for a strong foundation in a high-quality practice. We are willing to train the right person. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills. Professional, friendly presence with patients. Strong situational awareness and ability to multitask. Dependability and accountability. Openness to feedback and continuous growth. Experience is welcome, but mindset and work ethic matter most. Responsibilities: Assist in restorative and comprehensive procedures. Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans. Support new patient visits and documentation. Maintain efficient room setup, breakdown, and sterilization tasks. Help ensure the schedule runs smoothly. Structured training and mentorship are provided. Compensation & Benefits: $22–$32/hour (depending on experience). Health and vision insurance (50% employer-paid for 30+ hours/week). Paid time off.
