As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive and efficient patient experience while assisting our doctors with clinical care and orthodontic procedures. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable Assist the orthodontist during appointments and procedures Take digital images, photos, and intraoral scans Provide patient and parent education on orthodontic care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Support sterilization and clinical flow as part of the team Qualifications Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and time management Experience with dental or orthodontic software is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, caring, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that truly supports one another.
