Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator (Must Have 2+ Years Experience) – Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Full-Time

Only apply if you have real dental front office and treatment coordinating experience. This is NOT an entry-level job.

We need a skilled Treatment Coordinator who knows insurance, can present treatment plans well, and helps the office meet its goals.

What You Need:
• At least 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience
• Good knowledge of dental insurance (PPO and HMO)
• Experience explaining and closing treatment plans
• Comfort using Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

What You’ll Do:
• Explain and finalize treatment plans with patients
• Check insurance and discuss payment options
• Follow up on unscheduled treatments
• Help the office meet its goals

Pay & Hours:
• Competitive hourly pay + bonus based on performance
• Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri

at least 1 year of experience
