General Dentist Part Time (Fridays-Sat) - Saxena Dental - Ashburn, VA

Job Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Dentist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing smiles! You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing a range of procedures, and ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit. PARTNERSHIP TRACK IN 6 months to 1 year possible. What you’ll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including assisted hygiene, restorative, crown and bridge and basic endo (anterior/premolar) if comfortable. Utilize advanced technologies such as imaging and dental fabrication to enhance treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to empower them in their dental health journey. Basic qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Preferred qualifications Experience with Dentrix software for efficient patient management. Background in general dentistry or experience working with families in a clinical setting. Familiarity with periodontics and oral surgery techniques is highly desirable. Previous experience in a dental clinic or office environment is preferred.
