Our established, single-dentist practice is seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Position Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Support the dental hygienist as needed Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control standards Assist in various areas of the practice as needed Qualifications: Prior dental assisting experience preferred Four handed dentistry Has transportation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to learn all aspects of the practice Positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in patient interaction Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Free flu shots On-the-job training Paid sick time Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
