You’ll be responsible for ensuring our front office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch. What You’ll Do: Greet patients warmly and professionally (in-person and over the phone) Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and attention to detail Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays with confidence Manage patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running on time Create a positive, calm, and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues alike What We’re Looking For: Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred but not required (bonus points for periodontal knowledge!)
