Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Baxter, MN

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Responsibilities include: Perform dental cleanings, including removal of plaque, calculus, and stains Conduct oral health assessments and charting Take dental x-rays Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive care Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (with proper certification) Perform periodontal scaling, root planing, and maintenance Apply desensitizing and antimicrobial agents Chart patient findings and procedures accurately Collaborate with the dentist and dental team on patient care Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols Experience: - Required , MN Dental Hygienist License - Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft (preferred) Skills: - Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical allowance, dental coverage, paid time off, and retirement plans.
