Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including intake forms, care plans, and medical records related to dental and medical histories. Manage front desk operations efficiently by filing documents, managing patient check-in/out processes Assist with appointment reminders, follow-up scheduling, and managing clinic flow to optimize patient care delivery. Requirements Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting with strong familiarity of dental terminology. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), typing (including 10 key) Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and ensure compliance during documentation review and data handling. Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation. Bilingual - Spanish is Required for this role.
