Job Summary In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients and parents on oral health, and support the overall efficiency and positive culture of our practice. Your expertise will ensure our patients receive exceptional care in a friendly, professional, and team-driven environment. Responsibilities Review and update patient medical and dental histories at each visit Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventive treatments Take and review digital radiographs Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care Review treatment plans and support case acceptance Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (State of Missouri) CPR/BLS certification Experience with Dentrix preferred Pediatric experience a plus (but not required) Excellent communication and patient education skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Excellent communication skills to educate patients about oral health and treatment plans.
