Long-term stability and the chance to expand your skills in a positive, high-trust environment ✅ What You’ll Be Doing: Assist chairside on pediatric procedures (crowns, pulpotomies, fillings, extractions, space maintainers, etc.) Keep kids calm and confident using behavior guidance techniques Sterilize, set up, and keep things running clean and smooth Document notes, assist with treatment planning, and support clinical flow Help with administrative tasks and other office projects Be a kind, steady presence for both parents and patients ✅ What We’re Looking For: Pediatric and four-handed dental assisting experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train the right person) A dental assistant to work regularly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays . Must be reliable, organized, and great with infection control RDA license a plus – but not required if you’re actively pursuing it Experience with Open Dental = bonus points Spanish, Mandarin, or Hindi speaking? Even better (we serve a diverse community!)
