Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients.The Dental Assistant should be professional, meticulous, willing to learn, technologically savvy, reliable, and have great attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments - Take dental x-rays(radiology license required) - Maintain accurate patient records - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices Skills: - Proficiency in using 3D scanners for dental imaging - Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment - Understanding of dental anatomy and terminology - Experience with dental imaging software - Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental documentation systems - Ability to assist in various dental procedures including endodontics,surgery,orthodontics and restorative - Strong infection control practices to prevent the spread of diseases This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your skills to provide essential support to the dental team.
