Job Summary Now Hiring: Seeking a passionate Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our patient-focused, team. NO EXPERIENCE required. We can help guide towards getting certifications and work-based RDA License for the right candidate. Strong interest dental field required. Our Core Values Amazing team-player Punctual Responsible Honesty Strong Work Ethic Willingness to learn Positive Attitude Essential Duties Include but not limited to: Perform functions in accordance with the applicable state's Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties Sterilize instruments and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance to infection control guidelines Prepare patients and setups for treatment and assist the dentist chairside dental procedures such as fillings, crowns & bridge, implants, oral surgery, perio surgery, etc. Complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures of the patient in an efficient and timely manner at the direction of the dentist (with proper certification) Building good rapport with our patients Clean and maintain a sterile and cheerful environment. Maintain adequate supply levels for the office and replenishing as needed. Properly maintain the equipment and instruments Educate patients on general and post-operative oral health care Qualifications Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control standards in a dental setting Ability to perform aseptic techniques accurately while maintaining patient comfort and safety Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Experience working with 3D scanners or advanced imaging technology is desirable Prior experience in a busy dental clinic environment is preferred but not mandatory Pay: $20.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Professional development assistance Retirement plan Application Question(s): Optional: List any languages you are fluent in.
