Reset Smile Lounge is an expanding dental division of Reset Wellness & Recovery, an integrated healthcare organization committed to whole-person care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. We are building a modern, patient-centered dental practice focused on quality care, professionalism, and a welcoming environment. Position Summary The Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) will provide preventative dental care, patient education, and clinical support to the dental team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in clinical skills, and passionate about patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, expanding healthcare organization. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and scaling/root planing Conduct periodontal charting and assessments Take and review digital radiographs Provide oral health education and preventative care counseling Identify and communicate dental concerns to the dentist Assist with treatment planning discussions Maintain infection control standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Ensure accurate documentation in dental EHR system Support a smooth and efficient clinic flow Requirements Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia certification (preferred) Laser certification (preferred, if applicable) Strong knowledge of infection control standards Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work in a team-based environment Applicants must include their weekly availability (days and times) when applying.
