Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the front office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of dental office procedures and medical terminology. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is preferred. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00A-5:00P. Proficient in office administrativet tasks with willingness to learn dental terminology. Familiarity with electronic health record preferred. Ability to learn insurance verification and eligibility Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor when greeting and assisting patients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate patient records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
