Our dental clinic expansion is nearing completion , and Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is building a stronger, larger dental team to serve our growing community. We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us as we open the doors to our newly expanded space. What You’ll Do As a key member of our dental team, you will: Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and professionalism Provide exceptional chairside support and patient care Take and process dental radiographs Support nitrous oxide monitoring and preventive procedures Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient You won’t just assist — you’ll play an essential role in improving oral health in our community. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred (On-the-job training available to obtain RDA licensure — experience required) Current CPR Certification Nitrous Oxide certification (class + exam with passing grade) Prophy certification (class + exam with passing grade) X-ray certification (class + exam with passing grade) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Minimum of two professional references from previous employer Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented professional who brings positivity, skill, and compassion to the dental chair every day.
