We move away from the "drill and fill" assembly line to focus on the intersection of oral health and systemic wellness. Note: While we practice biological dentistry, previous holistic experience is not required. We are looking for a master of the fundamentals who possesses a deep curiosity and a willingness to be mentored in biological protocols. What You’ll Do Comprehensive Care: Perform high-quality restorative and preventative dentistry with an emphasis on biocompatibility. Biological Integration: Learn and implement protocols such as SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique), ozone therapy, and airway assessment. Patient Advocacy: Spend more time with patients to understand their medical history, sleep quality, and nutritional health as it relates to their smile. Collaborative Growth: Work alongside a team that values continuous education and the latest dental technologies (CBCT, digital scanning, etc.). Who You Are The Experienced Pro: You have at least 5 years of clinical experience . You are confident in your hand skills and can manage complex cases with ease. The Lifelong Learner: You have a "growth mindset." You aren't afraid to unlearn old habits and embrace new, evidence-based holistic modalities. The Empath: You understand that many patients seek holistic care because of previous dental trauma or chronic health issues. Your chairside manner is grounded and supportive.
