Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Madison Family Dental Group – Fair Oaks, CA Madison Family Dental Group is a growing, technology-forward dental practice in Fair Oaks seeking a confident and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing Chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry (preferred) Supporting general, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric procedures Preparing and turning over operatories efficiently Maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols Taking digital and 3D radiographs accurately Utilizing modern technology (digital imaging, intraoral cameras) (preferred) Educating patients and reinforcing post-treatment instructions Contributing to smooth daily flow and team communication What We’re Looking For Active California RDA license (required) Previous chairside experience preferred (preferred) Comfortable with digital X-rays and modern dental systems (required) Professional, punctual, and dependable (required) Clear communicator with patients and teammates Someone who values consistency, organization, and teamwork Available Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Reliable transportation to Fair Oaks Why Join Our Team?
