Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients. Your expertise will help promote oral health, perform dental procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience in a supportive environment that values cultural sensitivity and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages. Perform dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize dental terminology accurately to document medical records, treatment notes, and patient assessments in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct infection control practices using aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Use dental imaging technology effectively to diagnose issues and plan treatments while ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery preferred. Familiarity with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and anatomy to accurately assess patient conditions. Experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting with a strong understanding of infection control protocols and medical documentation standards. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
