Our orthodontic practice is looking for a Clinical Team Member to help our orthodontist deliver exceptional care—and plenty of smiles. What You’ll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll help create positive experiences for every patient while supporting day-to-day orthodontic care. Your role will include: -Assisting with orthodontic procedures like placing arch wires, ligature ties, separators, and prepping teeth for bonding -Performing intraoral scans and taking prescribed X-rays -Keeping our clinical space sparkling clean and sterile -Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards -Maintaining accurate patient records -Teaching patients how to care for their appliances and cheering them on throughout their smile journey What We’re Looking For -Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus—but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!) -A great attitude, strong attention to detail, and love for organization -Friendly communication skills and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable -A team player who can also work independently when needed Why You’ll Love Working With Us -A supportive, upbeat team that truly feels like family -Hands-on learning and growth in the orthodontic field -Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time available!) -The chance to make a real difference—one smile at a time Ready to Apply?
