Now Hiring: Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our established private practice. We are a beautiful, clean, modern office located in a professional building in Tuckahoe, NY. (parking on site) We are looking for someone who has: Experience as a dental assistant for general dentistry. Strong chairside and communication skills with positive attitude and upbeat personality Able to take good quality digital x-rays. (Experience with digital scanning is a plus!) Reliable, punctual, and patient-focused Knowledge of Dentrix software and ability to assist at front desk is a plus Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during exams, restorative procedures, crown/bridge, Invisalign/Ortho, and more Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos including scanning patients Manage patient flow and help maintain a smooth daily schedule Provide patient education and ensure an excellent experience Regular maintenance and cleaning of the office as needed Occasional front desk support as needed Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00 Thursday 11:00-8:00 Friday 8:00-12:00 Job Type: Full-time Hourly Pay, starting $22 and up.
