Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and recording vital signs Provide routine prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other periodontal treatments while following strict infection control protocols Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, nutrition, and the importance of routine dental visits Accurately document treatment plans, procedures, and patient progress in the electronic records system Assist dentists during examinations and procedures as needed Take high-quality dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Stay current with industry advancements and participate in continuing education opportunities. Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for periodontal disease Qualifications Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist Strong understanding of dental and medical terminology Knowledge of infection control standards and best practices Experience with accurate clinical documentation and record keeping Proficiency in general dentistry procedures (medical coding knowledge is a plus) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently We welcome passionate dental professionals who are dedicated to patient care and oral health excellence to apply.
