RDA / Front Desk Hybrid (Bilingual) — Expanded Functions Endeavor Dental is hiring an experienced, patient-first Registered Dental Assistant who’s comfortable supporting both the clinical team and the front desk when needed. This is a true hybrid role—ideal for someone flexible, calm under pressure, and great at keeping the day flowing smoothly for patients and teammates. If you’re bilingual, confident with expanded functions, and can work with little supervision while staying coachable, we’d love to meet you. What you’ll do (Hybrid Role) Front Office Support Greet patients, check-in/check-out, and create a welcoming experience Schedule appointments, manage phone/text communication, and confirm visits Maintain accurate patient documentation and forms in our dental software (EMR) Help support billing/insurance workflows as needed (experience preferred) Clinical Support (Expanded Functions) Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry Take X-rays and operate imaging/scanning equipment (including 3D scans) Take impressions and scans Assist with crown procedures (make/fit/place, as permitted by licensure/training) Help maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness What we’re looking for RDA required Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) Comfortable switching between clinical + front desk based on the day’s needs Skilled in X-rays, scans, impressions, and crown workflows Able to work independently with minimal supervision Coachable , team-oriented, and professionally grounded (well-tempered, patient-focused) Strong communication and customer service mindset Experience Preferred: 3+ years of dental experience We’re flexible on years if your skills are strong and you can step in confidently Experience with dental software/EMR (Open Dental experience is a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule License reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
