Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Richardson, TX
Habibi Smiles Dental Clinic is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Richardson/Dallas, Texas. At Habibi Smiles, we are committed to creating a welcoming, modern, and elevated dental experience for every patient who walks through our doors. The front desk plays a vital role in setting that tone. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of dental front desk experience who understands both the operational and financial flow of a dental office and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. What Youâll Do: Create a warm, professional first impression for every patient Manage scheduling with efficiency and strategic organization Verify insurance eligibility and clearly communicate benefits Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Confidently present treatment plans and financial arrangements Collect co-pays and manage patient accounts with accuracy Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date patient records Coordinate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Support patient retention through recall and follow-up systems What Weâre Looking For: Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience (required) Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred) Professional appearance and confident communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Habibi Smiles?
