Associate Dentist â Integrative & Biomimetic Dental Practice Long-Term Growth, Mentorship, Leadership & Community-Based Opportunity Location: West Hills in the San Fernando Valley, CA Schedule: Starts at 1â2 days per week , with opportunity to expand based on growth We are a patient-centered, integrative dental practice seeking a growth-minded Associate Dentist who is looking for more than a short-term associate role. Who Weâre Looking For You have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and are committed to delivering dentistry at a high level. You value relationshipsâwith patients, team members, mentors, and the surrounding communityâand understand what true excellent patient care and customer service look like in practice. Clinical Interests & Experience Candidates should have experience and/or a strong interest in one or more of the following: Biomimetic dentistry Holistic / biologic dentistry Endodontics Orthodontics Oral surgery Hands-on participation CE courses beyond dental school in one or more of these areas are required. The ideal candidate understands that practice growth is a shared responsibility and is willing to: Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients Educate patients effectively and present comprehensive care Support high case acceptance through communication and clinical excellence Collaborate with the team to enhance patient experience and retention Participate in learning and applying effective communication and relationship-building skills Represent the practice professionally within the local community Growth in days and opportunity is directly tied to clinical excellence, patient relationships, community involvement, and commitment to the practice . Aligned with a whole-body, integrative approach to oral and systemic health Preferred (But Not Required) Training or interest in practice management and patient communication Interest in personal development , emotional intelligence, and leadership Experience or training in complementary alternative therapies Training and experience in Endodontics, surgery, zirconia implants or advanced restorative techniques such as occlusion or biomimetic dentistry.
