Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics with precision and care Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans Execute complex procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery with adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and medical records management Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency and comfort Use dental imaging technology and medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide comprehensive care Requirements MUST DO MOLAR ROOT CANALS Valid state licensure as a licensed Dentist with current credentials in good standing Proven experience in general dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics Proficiency with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA regulations Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures efficiently Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards diverse patient populations including pediatrics Familiarity with medical documentation standards and medical terminology for accurate record keeping Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on infection control and aseptic technique Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering top-quality dental care in a supportive environment.
