Full-time Sub Associate Dentist (Need maternity coverage 6-8 months) - Yucaipa Dental/Orthodontics - Yucaipa, CA

I am in a little bit of a pickle. I have two associate dentists and they are amazing but they are both pregnant and both due in May. One is going on leave March 19th. The other one I think will work till the end of April-ish. I am looking for a Dental Associate super star. I need someone that is really confident clinically but is excited about life and wants to connect with patients. I currently have the best location in Yucaipa on the Boulevard right off the freeway by all the new growth. I need someone that is willing to do local anesthetic my way. My patients are used to not getting hurt in the office while we are numbing. I'm all about efficiency but not with local anesthetic. If you are Mr or Mrs jab it in and get moving...DONT CALL ME. Once the patient is numb I want to rock and roll. Get it done. This is my most important thing that I am looking for. I need someone knowledgeable to help us make progress but at the same time has enough humility to do it how I want it done. We are an insurance based office so we have to kind of make up for it with volume but I dont want anything sloppy that isnt going to last. In our office we do everything from basic fillings to microscope molar endo, Pilot guide osteotomy before placing implants with 3D conebeam to same day Cerec crowns to Full Orthodontics. I am 20 years in practice and I have worked really hard to eliminate drama from our office which is so hard to do, so if you're drama don't call me. I realize this is not ideal in that it is not a permanent position per se but even if you're only interested in covering a couple days a week lets talk.
