Responsibilities Chairside Assistance Assist the Endodontist during root canals, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient clinical flow Treatment Room Preparation Set up and sterilize instruments and equipment before each appointment Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory Patient Care Greet and prepare patients for treatment Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort Record medical histories and vital signs accurately Clinical Documentation (100% Accuracy Required) Chief complaint in patient’s exact words Allergies and relevant medical history Sensibility testing results Detailed procedural notes Prescriptions and pharmacy information Next visit instructions Any additional specifics verbally communicated by the doctor Skills Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting and taking vital signs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members including dental receptionists and Doctors.
