Orthodontic Assistant – Weekend Position (Saturday and/or Sunday) Mi Sonrisa – Dallas, TX Mi Sonrisa is a growing, patient-centered practice in Dallas dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on Saturdays, Sundays, or both . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible weekend hours in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Details: Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, or both Compensation: Hourly pay (negotiable based on experience) Modern, fully equipped office Established orthodontic patient flow Friendly and supportive team Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, aligners, adjustments, etc.) Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Take scans, photos, and radiographs (as permitted by certification) Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: Previous orthodontic assisting experience Active Texas RDA license Radiology certification (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Spanish speaking is a preferred , but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We’re Looking For: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional and patient-focused If you are looking for a flexible weekend opportunity with competitive, negotiable hourly pay, we would love to hear from you.
